If this sounds like a culture you’d like to be a part of, Bobby Jones Links is hiring Bartenders. Primary responsibilities include:

• Inspecting the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
• Requesting additional supplies as necessary.
• Following set-up procedures.
• Preparing garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Greeting members and guests according to Bobby Jones Links’ standards.
• Mixing, preparing and serving drinks according to the recipes approved by the Beverage Manager.
• Collecting checks/payment for drinks served.
• Reporting complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
• Keeping records of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock is always maintained..
• Attending staff meetings as required.
• Assisting with food servers and hostess if needed and based on daily staffing requirements and shortages.

Required Skills

• The ability to provide exemplary member and customer service.
• Must have a thorough working knowledge of the club’s operation.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
