We are currently seeking Bartenders

Look out, Lenox! Gateways Inn like you’ve never seen it before! Mill Town’s new Executive Chef, Jeremy Berlin, will be personally heading the kitchen at The Veranda at Gateways this summer, bringing all his artistry and expertise to a mouthwatering menu of farm-to-table deliciousness. We are building a front-of-house team to introduce Chef’s vision to downtown Lenox at our beautiful, newly renovated inn. To this end, we are looking to hire Bartenders.

Details:

Position: Bartender

Salary: $14-$16/hr plus tips

Schedule: Full Time/Part Time

Job Details:

Bartenders are responsible for: serving bar customers; making mixed drinks for the entire restaurant; maintaining stocks of beer, wine, cider, and soft drinks for the entire restaurant; working as part of the floor staff team to create an exceptional guest experience; and keeping the bar area clean and organized.

The Bar at Gateways should exude a cozy, inviting atmosphere for our Inn guests and Lenox visitors alike. The Bartender will be central to creating an engaging experience for guests and an elevated atmosphere for staff.

Serious consideration will be given only to those who can show:

A minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

A strong working knowledge of traditional cocktails

Experienced wine and specialty spirit service

Working knowledge of Upserve POS and OpenTable a plus

A friendly, outgoing demeanor with customers

Adaptability

Patience with less experienced coworkers

TIPS Certification

Our team is expanding quickly across these newly renovated sites for year-round, high-volume, food & beverage service.
