About you:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 6 months-1 years of experience in your skillset
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items by following recipes for drinks, such as cappuccino, latte, espresso, and tea.
• Prepare and serve basic food items upon request.
• Learn menu items to prepare for customer questions, orders, and item preparation.
• Provide fast and friendly customer service while keeping a positive attitude with teammates.
• Constantly maintain cleanliness and appearance for guest and crew areas.
• Enter orders and collect customer payments in the location's POS system.
• Keep coffee machines and equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining supplies.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
