We are a family owned coffee roasting company ready to grow with someone who is interested in the coffee business. We specialize in coffee that is carefully sourced and small batch roasted. It is our passion to create the absolute best cup of coffee without the pretension of fancy third wave coffee shops. The heart wants what the heart wants in a cup of coffee and it is our honor to provide it.
We are a small company so everyone does almost everything. Responsibilities will include: Bagging, Farmer's Markets, Deliveries, Loading, Coffee Bean and Milk pick up, Costco runs, Prepping the Van, Driving the Van, Setting up the tent, Taking Down the Tent, Shipping, Cupping, Catering, etc. Our farmer's markets are located in San Rafael, San Francisco, San Ramon, Orinda, Walnut Creek and Danville. We are looking for a Barista for a Corporate Services for a Company in Redwood City. The other two days a week will be in Berkeley.
If you are the right person for the job, we will train you on all aspects of coffee production and barista skills.
Schedule:
Currently 40 hours per week - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. Potential to grow into full time work.
Qualifications:
1. Must. Love. Coffee.
2. Friendly, Fun, Open, Honest, Courteous, Optimistic Personality
3. Driver's License with Clean Record (to drive our vans)
4. Curiosity and a Desire to Learn
5. Solid Work Ethic
6. One to Two Years of Work Experience (anywhere)
7. Ability to Lift 50 lbs. and Stand for Long Periods of Time
8. Enjoy working outside in all kinds of weather

1. Barista Experience (Professional or Personal)
