We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, handling cash payments and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the coffee shop. The ideal candidate must be friendly, able to communicate well with diverse groups of people and have excellent customer service skills. A successful candidate will have prior coffee shop experience, strong attention to detail and a passion for making quality beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a large public setting.
- Take and record drink orders.
- Prepare drinks using proper techniques and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean workspace and provide excellent customer service.
- Be able to multitask.
- Have knowledge of coffee equipment and techniques.
- Be able to handle stressful situations.
