We are looking to hire a barista who will represent the brand and deliver excellent guest service to our customers.
Location: LOFTY Roasting Works [Headquarters] in Encinitas, CA.
Barista Compensation: $15.50/hourly base + up to $10+/hour in tips. Complimentary beverage. Employee discount. Health Benefits.
General Duties
- Deliver excellent guest service.
- Craft beverages meeting quality standards and following company SOP's.
- Deliver beverages to guest & bus tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized café following company standards and guidelines.
- Perform all opening and closing procedures including dishwashing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior Barista experience required
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills with guests, teammates and supervisors.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support business needs.
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
- Must be reliable, punctual and positive.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
