The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel is looking for an individual dedicated to culinary excellence to join our team of chefs.
The ideal candidate will have banquet and fine dining experience, culinary curiosity, a desire to train and be trained and a flexible schedule to handle fluctuation in our business.
Major responsibilities include:
- Prepare entrees and prepping daily needs for events / catering.
- Review menus prior to preparation of food
- Assure that all food procedures are followed
- Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
- Follow all sanitation guidelines
- Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
