Bakery/Cafe Opener Job at Our Daily Bread Bakery & Bistro
Our Daily Bread Bakery & Bistro Cave Spring, VA 24018
We are hiring for a cafe opener and cashier! This shifts starts at 5 AM. Duties include opening up the restaurant by:
- decorating & placing pastries in the showcases
- making coffee and tea
- setting up the dining room
Once open, you will be working as a cafe associate, which includes:
- running the register
- making latte drinks
- serving food for customers
This is a friendly, fast-paced environment and we are looking forward to adding another friendly face to our team!
Individuals will be responsible for learning our menu, pastry/cake offerings, and espresso station. Individuals must have the ability to convey this knowledge to our guests in a friendly professional manner.
Barista/Bakery Opener:
*Shifts 5am-1pm (some variation is available)
*1 year barista experience preferred but not required
*Must be a team leader and willing to work by yourself in a fast paced environment
Salary starts at $11.00 per hour plus tips with room to advance. Many of our cafe openers advance quickly (hence why we are hiring!).
