• Assist in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans in a supportive, nurturing, and structured environment.
• Daily tasks include medication administration, cleaning, transportation to and from appointments and/or day programming.
• Prepare meals according to menu and share meal time with individuals to further relationships.
• Promote community engagement and support individuals to stretch their comfort zone and participate in community/group activities.
• Ability to create and facilitate groups and activities within the program (i.e. wellness, cooking, athletics, hiking, fishing, movies, board games, music, etc.)
• For overnight shifts, must be able to stay awake and alert for the entirety of shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
