The Solutions Manager executes general tasks for the day-to-day operations involving existing or potential
ImageNet AV projects. A passion for educating clients on new or existing audiovisual solutions is the forefront of
assisting our clientele in their ongoing technology needs and goals. The ability to quickly determine AV best
practices and solutions is a must to succeed in this role.
The Solutions Manager manages all Service Technicians, as well as client demos for proposed audiovisual
systems. The more projects ImageNet AV completes as we grow, the more we seek to stay connected to the client
by offering great support and service along the way. This position is crucial to maintaining ImageNet’s goal of being a
wholistic offering for our clients with an immeasurable value add in their business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and building relationships with clients to deliver training, knowledge, and probable solutions to any
- Great customer service skills with a commitment to resolving customer concerns as well as meeting customer
- Self-motivated to conduct research surrounding new technologies or fields of study and to help clients problem
- Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking. Strong work ethic and emphasis on

- This position will handle multiple market across several states, so the applicant must demonstrate a referralconfirmed
REQUIREMENTS:
- CTS Certification Required with a path to CTS-D provided by ImageNet
- 5+ years’ experience with design, operation, or installation of professional audio, video, network, and lighting
- Advanced computer skills for a completely paperless/digital workflow
- Ability to thoroughly communicate internally and externally with confidential pricing information
- Great digital communication skills and logistics acumen for helping Engineering staff ensure all items are accounted
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking.
