Project Managers should not only execute on projects and services from a technical standpoint, but
also build relationships with our clients by communicating the passion ImageNet has for reliable AV
Systems. A keen attention to detail while still being able to maintain a bird’s eye view of an AV Install project
is crucial for success in this role. They must be able to communicate openly and efficiently with all parties
involved in our AV projects, from internal and client staff to general contractors over larger projects involving
multiple trades.
Project Managers are not just “check the box” type people. They go above and beyond that to meet the
needs of the clients we work with. Being able to build up relationships with the people we partner with is

Technicians while providing consistent, excellent leadership in the office. Having a humble attitude and

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to see an AV system from its conception to its completion
- Operated with a sense of urgency and hustle
- Ability to concurrently handle multiple large projects and details in multiple markets
- Ability to troubleshoot and formulate a forecasted work schedule for all ImageNet AV projects
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise confidently in project and sales environments
- Flexible and customer driven. Desire to work with the customer to understand what they need, adapt to any
- Responsible for ensuring each project is executed efficiently and within budget
- Maximizing the company’s resources while always delivering a first-class client service
- Provides estimation review with sales personnel during pre-sale work of projects.
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs – from the notice to start, until the job is closed.
- Monitor safety programs with special emphasis on vehicle and job site safety for all personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Referral-confirmed superior supervisory and communication skills, and strong writing and verbal skills
- 2+ years of AV Project Coordination or similar field of Project Management experience is required
- General Construction Experience and reading blueprints is required
- Safety & OSHA Certification Awareness
- Certification PMP preferred, and Avixa CTS-I and/or CTS Required
- AV or Construction Installation, engineering, or management background preferred
- Experience with audio, video and/or lighting systems preferred, but not required
- Power Tools Experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Scheduling and Project-Tracking Software
- Excellent Leadership & Communications Skills
- Organized, Assertive and Decisive; ability to follow up and follow through
- People person, courteous to customers & fellow employees
- Advanced Multi-tasking and PC Skills
- Skilled Problem-Solver who can handle multiple deadlines at once
