Mechanic / Automotive Technician Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 3+years of strong automotive mechanical problem-solving and repair experience or a credited automotive technology degree with at least 1 year work experience repairing gasoline and or diesel automotive equipment.
• Knowledge of servicing foreign and domestic vehicles
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
• Driven to learn new skills and advance your career
• ASE Certification preferred but not required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Reads repair work orders describing symptoms or problems and uses testing equipment to diagnose and determine the source of malfunctions or problems
• Able to diagnose engine, suspension, emission, electrical and other common vehicle issues
• Can refer to technical service manuals and schematics to troubleshoot and repair vehicles
• Able to run operational tests on components to ensure that repairs and adjustments can be made and were properly installed
