Summary:

ServiceTechnician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service andperforming the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

Job Requirements:

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may beassigned.

Examinescustomer vehicles.

Identifiesnecessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.

MaintainsCustomer Satisfaction Scores at or above company standards.

Estimatescost of repairs.

Performsvehicle repairs and maintenance.

Documentsservices performed.

Performsservices efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.

Followsdealership and manufacturer service guidelines.

Requestsnecessary parts.

FollowsSafeguards rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

1year of experience or commensurate automotive vocational training

Ahigh level of motivation with the desire to grow

Abilityto read and comprehend instructions and information.

Provenknowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Professionalappearance.

Validin-state driver’s license with good driving record

Submitto and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drugtest
