Automotive Service Advisor Up To 4000 Sign-On For Qualified Applicants
Paramount Automotive is seeking an* Automotive Service Advisor* for our very busy Service Departments in Hickory.
We are a high-volume dealer with a great facility and we need you to help us continue our success and provide our customers with the excellent service they are accustomed to.
- Eligibility for the sign-on bonus is a minimum 2 years prior franchise car dealership advisor experience. The bonus is paid out over a time period. See hiring/interviewing manager to see if you qualify.

Requirements
We prefer at least 1 year prior experience please - but we will train the right candidate.
~~Outgoing and professional.
~~Stable work history.
~~Exceptional CSI track record is required.
~~Must possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
~~Ability to listen the needs of the customer, the service(s) desired and clearly explain information on the repair order.
~~Greet customers, schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information.
~~Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's schedule.
