PAY SCALE INFORMATION:

$75,00 - $250,000 in commissions

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• We are seeking passion and excellence. Strong salesmanship and ability to problem solve with a positive attitude and dynamic personality.
• Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
• Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and scheduling appointments to review new product lines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, peers and management to meet guest needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
• Preferably has previous luxury automotive sales experience in New or Pre-Owned sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years Automotive Sales Experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Applicant must have proven and successful sales experience at a reputable automotive dealership.
• Schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends. This is a full-time position opportunity.
• We utilize state of the art technology and require all sales professionals to utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
• Candidate must have a sales license and pass driving clearance (no more than 2 points).
