Koons Ford Lincoln Mazda of Silver Spring and Koons Lincoln of Bethesda has an outstanding and rare opportunity for an Automotive Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for all recruiting initiatives while working closely with hiring managers, operations staff and HR.

Automotive experience is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of Best in Class candidates for various positions across dealerships.
  • Manage the interview process, including; interviewing candidates, administering assessments, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback for both parties, and extending offers.
  • You will work closely with the hiring managers, operations staff and the HR team to drive an integrated strategy that will encompass all channels of talent.
  • Building strong relationships with the hiring managers, being a catalyst and playing a key role in influencing the entire recruitment process and having the ability to recruit new talent for all aspects of the business.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, recruiting fairs, and other recruiting events.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work in a fast paced goal oriented environment and maintain a consistently fast-pace in hiring quality candidates.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership of assignments and proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring all levels of talent.
  • Recruiting experience is a must and automotive experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent follow-up & follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit positive energy and an above average passion for success.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
