Johnson Automotive in Raleigh, NC has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a full-time Automotive PCI Representative ! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position immediately!

The Automotive PCI Representative will be responsible for reviewing the information in our customer management database regarding current prospective customers. They will initiate outbound phone calls and emails to customers with the goal of evaluating customer's needs and requests. Representative will have to document all contact with customers in the customer management system.

Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to):

• Initiate outbound calls to guests and ask effective questions in a conversational format in an effort to gather pertinent information and address guest needs appropriately;
• Listening and responding while keying information into customer management system;
• Develop knowledge of basic dealership infrastructure and have proficient database awareness in order to understand information provided in customer management system;
• Receiving phone calls from guests and responding efficiently to their inquiries;
• Checking voicemail consistently and returning phone calls promptly;
• Accurately relay customer requests and issues and determine when to escalate to management;
• Composing an accurate and detailed report to management in a timely, efficient manner.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Telemarketers, BDC/Internet Sales and Debt Collection experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and have effective verbal and listening/communication skills and the ability to engage guests on the telephone and elicit required information;
• Must have pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken;
• Must have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office;
• Must have the capability to concentrate for long periods of time while remaining focused within a quiet work environment;
• Must have the ability to assess priority and determine when to escalate to management;
• Must be able to accurately type 25 words per minute;
• Must enjoy working independently as well as on a team;
• Must have a strong sense of work ethic, follow-through, positive demeanor and display enthusiasm.
