As Vanderhall Motor Works continues to grow and add dealers around the globe we are filling an open position in our Parts Department. Here is your opportunity to join Utah's only vehicle manufacturer.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist dealers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service to every dealer by providing accurate information from the parts catalog.
* Oversee incoming dealer parts inquiries and provide accurate and complete parts information.
* provide updates to and review for accuracy of the electronic parts catalog.
* Assist with fulfilling international parts orders.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working at the parts counter assisting customers, either at a dealership, parts warehouse, or parts store.
* solid work history with experience in automotive/Powersports parts.
* experience looking up parts and identifying correct parts from the parts catalog for customers or technicians.
* Ability to read a parts diagram.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Provo, UT 84606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
