Fred Beans Cadillac is looking for the right individual to lead our Parts Management team.


Automotive Parts Manager Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Assess present and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities for the parts department
  • Establish short and long-term department operating and financial objectives
  • Select, coach, lead, train, and supervise the parts team
  • Manage key department metrics including inventory, stock orders, invoicing, etc.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to maximize department production and client satisfaction.
  • Engage hands-on with Service Management, Service Advisors, and Technicians.

Automotive Parts Manager Leadership Qualifications:

  • Ability to coach and lead a team and drive a positive culture
  • 2+ years’ parts management experience with a franchised auto dealership
  • Superior leadership qualities
  • Online/computer-based Parts catalog experience
  • Superior communication & organization skills
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude and a professional appearance
  • Self-motivated to inspire daily work activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean driving record, and ability to clear extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen
