Position Overview:
As a Paint Shop Leader your will be responsible for working as an acting as a “Working Leader” to set the standard for excellence in quality, and prepare and paint vehicles and components.

Paint Shop Leader Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist paint and body technicians.
• Uphold and enforce the highest standards of quality at each project stage.
• Paint prototype, specialty, and pre-production vehicles.
• Dent repair.
• Prep for paint.
• Match existing orange peel.
• Color blending and match.
• Spies Hecker waterborne.
• Sand and polish.
• Block sanding.
• Solve alignment and fitment issues.

Paint Shop Leader Qualifications:

• Proven consistent work history.
• Successful candidates should have 5+ years industry experience, a career-focused mindset, and be highly motivated team players.
• Previous experience in a specialty vehicle environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clean background record.
• Verifiable work history.
• Certifications a plus.
