(BDC) Representative is the first person our customers speak whether it's online / Text messaging and or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience, or any other customer service/telephone contact experience. The BDC rep must have outstanding customer skills as well as working with your fellow employees.
Job duties include:
- Following up with customer requests, answering and making sales calls & emails.
- Setting and following up on all appointments made or missed
- Follow up on all customers that cone in to the showroom
- Attending sales meetings and trainings
Job specifications:
- Experience with automotive CRMs are a huge plus but not required
- Basic Computer knowledge is required
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone making 100+ calls daily
- Aggressive pay plans and paid training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
