Responsibilities:
If you have Automotive Closer/Sales Management experience, you know all the responsibilities this position requires to be successful.
Requirements:
- At least three (2) years of Automotive Sales Closer/Manager experience
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $121,200 to $219,600, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
