Automation Engineer Job at Technical Source
Technical Source is currently in search of a Automation Engineer for our pharmaceutical client located in the West Point, PA area. Qualified candidates will have experience programming and troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems as well as experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer include:
- Design, modify, and troubleshoot automated control systems (DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens)
- Proficiency working with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems in manufacturing
- Support the start up and commissioning of automated control systems for formulation, filling, and process equipment
Qualifications of the Automation Engineer include:
- 2+ years of experience working with automated control systems in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
- Familiarity and background working in pharmaceutical manufacturing/GMP environments
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related field
Compensation for the Automation Engineer include:
- Pay of $80,000 - $140,000 based on experience and fit
- Benefits, medical, dental, and vision offered
- Travel Per Diem available for non-local candidates
- No Corp to Corp or Visa sponsorships at this time
