A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO REPAIR SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Auto Repair Service Advisor, you help maintain a profitable workflow for our techs while providing exceptional customer service to clients. In this position, you get to interact with a wide variety of people. Always polite and professional, you greet customers with a smile and speak with them about what services they're looking for or what car problems they're dealing with. You share this information with the automotive service team and get a rough estimate of how long the work could take.

After determining what services are needed, you schedule an appointment for the job. You skillfully coordinate appointments so that our team remains busy without becoming overwhelmed by work. As our team services the cars, you contact customers when the job is finished or if any extra work needs to be done. You love interacting with people and take pride in connecting our customers with high-quality automotive repairs!
