West Jefferson Chevrolet Buick GMC needs to hire an AUTO PARTS COUNTER PERSON to order, receive, and stock Auto Parts into inventory, distribute parts to repair technicians, assist retail and wholesale customers in purchasing auto parts/accessories, and more! Auto Parts Experience is preferred. We welcome applicants from Napa, AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Find the best source and price for auto parts and order parts
• Assist retail and wholesale customers in purchasing parts and accessories
• Distribute parts and accessories to repair technicians
• Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjust inventory
• Return damaged items to the supplier
• Maintain parts inventory by placing orders when order points are reached
• Pick up and deliver parts
• Maintain a clean, orderly stock room and workspace

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Auto parts or dealership experience is a plus!
• A positive attitude and able to work well as part of a team
• Good computer/data entry skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Good work ethic and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
