Details: you'll work remotely Hours of operation are 8-7:30 PM ET (flexible with shifts in that time frame) Monday – Friday. We’ll support you with our training program to ensure you’re familiar with the extended warranties (vehicle service contracts) & systems.

The backgrounds we love to see: are automotive claims, mechanics, technicians, service writers, or advisors. We’d love to talk if you’re looking to make a change out of a dealership or shop!

Who you are: an automotive customer service professional with at least two years of technician or claims experience. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification & Spanish bilingual are a plus!
