We are looking for a professional with pediatric experience to fulfill a role as a Authorizations and Referral Specialist. Your objective will be to provideprompt and courteous customer service to patients/parents and providers, while obtaining prior authorizations and networking to provide the best care to their community. The authorizations and Referrals Specialist will be part of a team driven to change lives and create new opportunities. This will require professionalism and will be part of a strong team interacting with patients and the company as a whole. Building and expanding the working relationship with organizational leaders and team members.

You will also be part of enhancing the patient experience and providing support to ensure they have a one of a kind experience leaves your company as the standard for patient needs, building relationships that will support fulfilling patient needs and maximizing

your potential with future patient experience while maintaining a positive and rich office culture.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

High school education or GED.

CNA Preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in health related field preferred.

Be able to simultaneously manage the challenge of daily tasks

Willing and able to pivot in the midst of changing situations

Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding & Medical terminology

Experienced with authorizing insurances and coverages

Excellent communication and soft skills to connect and relate with patients

Maintain strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations

Position requires sedentary work, occasionally lifting up to 10 Pounds.

We are looking for an applicant who is passionate about working with children, team player, mature, punctual, and enthusiastic. Employees love working in a clinic setting with a team atmosphere with a gossip free environment and support from leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
