Broad Description of Duties:
The Attraction Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service, interacting with guest and ensuring the guest get the best possible experience at our Funset location.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
- Welcomes and interacts with all guests to make it a fun experience;
- Operates attraction and ensures guest/employee safety;
- Maintains the cleanliness of all games;
- Keeps all games stocked with toys and other prizes;
- Assist guests with questions, resets games and ensures all games are operating properly;
- Demonstrate use of games or merchandise;
- Resolve guest complaints timely in a professional manner;
- Keep redemption center stocked and clean;
- Clean games, shelves, floor, counters and tables;
- Load games with tickets and merchandise;
- Clears token and ticket jams;
- May assist in moving games;
- Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the changing demands of the industry;
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays
- Enjoys games
- Able to interact with families and children
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A minimum of three(3) month work experience
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand for long periods of time, and/or walk often. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Work is performed in a game room environment. The noise level is usually moderate to high with an occasional loud environment.
