We have an immediate opening for a full-time IT Support Analyst to join our team. This position is based in our Sandy Springs, GA office working Monday through Friday.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Junior IT Technician is responsible for:

• Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.
• Respond to tickets/calls, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
• Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
• Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
• Repair, re-image, and test pc’s for deployment
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer any system related concerns from users
• Travel to offices within region
• Some weekend coverage

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
• ITIL certification
• Microsoft Office 365
• Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, XP, Vista, and Mac OS
• Windows Server 2003 to 2018
• Remote Desktop support
• Active Directory
• Patch management/Software Deployment
• Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
• TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
