Do you have an strong background in customizing project management tools for improved communications across all departments involved in the pharma development process (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing, etc.) and enjoy working in a collaborative environment? I'm working with a well-funded and expanding clinical stage biotech whose lead asset is heading into phase 3, so now is an exciting time to join. This hands-on and fully remote Associate Director of Program Management role would focus on providing front end support to the entire PM group in helping to customize and optimize their PMIS (working with their IT group who would provide the backend support). The VP is seeking someone who is really a PM tools "nerd" and someone who really enjoys being able to implement improvements with PM processes and reporting tools as the company has grown quickly (now up to about 150 people). The Associate Director would get involved in a variety of areas and work to drive improvements (better application of the PM tools they have already and/or new PM tools they should implement). This person would also provide some direct project management support as well on selected projects. The hiring manager (VP) is seeking someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development process.
