Today, the marketing and advertising funnel has been shaken up and marketers need to find new and more effective ways to reach their audience and tell their brand story.
There is a greater need for our clients to anticipate their future consumer and take measured steps to preparing for new engagement models and incentive structures.
The Innovation team partners with our clients & internal teams to help them thrive in the pursuit of digitally enabling and innovating the way they work and reach their customers. This role will be key to helping our clients peer around corners by identifying new and emerging trends that will impact their business and how their consumers will interact with each other, brands, and media.
What You’ll Do
Stay abreast of cultural, technological, and consumer trends
Sift signal from the noise and help our clients and agency teams synthesize the why behind the what
Have an optimistic, yet skeptical eye across the “trends du jour” that filters through the hype and supports recommendations through rigor and research
Develop thought-leadership and playbooks around nascent technologies, platforms, and trends to strengthen our agency’s credentials in understanding potential implications for the future
Collaborate with client teams on building Innovation Frameworks
Responsible for driving processes to identify opportunity areas for brands to explore, structuring a crawl, walk, run strategy of implementation
Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to employ Design Thinking techniques
Own and update agency internal tracker of the innovation partner landscape
You’ll be meeting with and building partnerships with the companies that are creating the future – from the established behemoths (Meta, Snap, Apple, TikTok, Google, etc) to upstarts in the AR, VR, IoT, Gaming, Social, Commerce, Data, ML/AI, Hardware spaces and more.
It will be key to be aware of or knowledgeable of the start-up and VC community as well to ensure we have an eye on what’s to come and where our clients have opportunities to test & learn
Act as creative & strategic navigator
Drive education and understanding across the agency
Organize and host regular sessions that up-skill our internal teams & clients
You are a strategic and/or creative thinker that can connect the dots and make complex concepts simple to understandBackground or knowledge in the media industry is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68-$106k. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
