ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an analytical and collaborative Associate Data Analyst to join its North America Media Strategy team! Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will support US media planning, optimization, and analysis to drive efficient new member acquisition. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Media Strategy and will own weekly reporting and analysis of media performance. This role will be the operations backbone of the team, looking for opportunities to improve reporting and data processes and derive better insights more efficiently. They will also partner closely with external agency partners and internal teams, including Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Finance.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Lead and present weekly US media results, assessing performance vs forecast and key trends
  • Spearhead opportunities to improve and automate media data processes and reporting
  • Support budget management, including billing reconciliation and month-close process with Finance
  • Identify media data discrepancies and partner with Analytics Engineering to fix issues
  • Support team on testing recommendations for TV, OTT, streaming audio, and podcast channels
  • Day-to-day support on operational tasks

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 1-2 years of analytics experience, ideally in a marketing-related role
  • High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Looker experience a bonus)
  • Comfort operating in technical environment to understand/improve media data
  • Self-starter who operates independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to re-prioritize projects as necessary
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, bias for action, and organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interested in driving business results and eager to learn

Base Salary: $72,400.00 to $94,100.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
