As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist customers with faucet and fixtures warranty claims, product installation and troubleshooting, pre-sale questions and order placement. Your goal as an Associate Customer Service Representative is to deliver world-class service and customer delight. You will spend a large portion of your day in phone conversations with residential and commercial customers, wholesalers, retailers, installers, and plumbers.

  • Solve complex problems by identifying the root cause of issues and providing feedback.

Skills/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior contact center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to complete a 40 hour per week paid 35-day virtual intensive training program; training covers multiple computer systems, product repair training and installation, department processes and more.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Technical proficiency: ability to navigate and manage multiple computer windows and software systems: Customer relationship management, order management and us.kohler.com website.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and detailed correspondence.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills.


Work from home requirements: Equipment provided!


  • The applicant will secure and be responsible for paying their own internet expenses and must have a Hard-wired internet service via cable, fiber, or DSL with a minimum 10mbps service.
  • Wired Ethernet connection that meets upload and download speed requirements as noted above. Cannot be Wi-Fi, dial up, satellite or cellular internet.
  • All applicants will be required to have a separate confidential and distraction free workspace with no background noises.
  • Freedom from other responsibilities – you must be focused on delivering a world class service experience.
  • Applicants will be required to work during their assigned shift time Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Break and lunch times will be scheduled. Part-time hours are 32-34 hours/week after training, more will be required during peak season.
