Summary of Responsibilities:

• Building strong customer relationships with internal and external customers
• Possessing a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties
• Managing orders including order entry, forecasting, and pricing
• Managing order status and expediting to meet customer requirements
• Working closely with account sales to manage assigned customer accounts
• Developing knowledge of internal business systems
• Completing daily tasks required by the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/equivalent and 2 years relevant work experience OR bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with team internally and externally across departments
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in SAP
• Proven analytical capabilities
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
