Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- J.D. from accredited law school
- Top 20-25% graduating law school class rank
- Prior litigation experience (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Case development and evaluation
- Analysis of complex legal issues
- Comprehensive client reporting
- Attend client meetings, inspections, hearings, and trials
- Attend depositions and depose witnesses
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery
- Manage caseload and prioritize competing deadlines
- Maintain a detailed record of billable hours
- Periodic out-of-town travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $86,038.00 - $95,473.00 per year
