The Assisted Living Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager in managing all aspects of the provision of care for our CBRF Assisted Living at our campus in Walworth, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include assisting with managing and training staff, completing required documentation, and coordinating with clinical professionals and families to ensure the best care for our residents.

It is a full-time salaried position and is eligible for full benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, paid time off and more. It is primarily a day shift position but has shared around-the-clock on-call responsibilities.

Candidates must be able to effectively help lead a team, and must also be willing to serve as a caregiver when necessary. Medical background or health care experience is a plus, but not required. Also, candidates must be able to communicate professionally and represent the Golden Years, both with families as well as other medical professionals.
