McDonald’s Assistant Manager

Our McDonald’s is now hiring Assistant Managers. Our minimum starting salary is $40K, and after initial training moves to $46,900 (negotiable based on experience).

As a restaurant Assistant Manager, you’ll be a leader and part of a team that thrives on service - to each other, to our customers, and the community. We are a family owned 9 restaurant organization who takes great pride in developing our people. We offer world class training, competitive wages, and growth opportunities. We have openings at different locations in the Hanover and New Oxford areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit

• Lead Departments - managing assigned system, supervising training, food safety, inventory management, delegating tasks to team members, reporting results to management. Guest Service Department Manager - focus on customer service provided by the crew on shift, sales and promotions are done well, service staff are fully trained and the front counter and Drive-thru are organized and clean.

• Kitchen Department Manager - Ensuring that the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers. Kitchen staff are trained in the production procedures, including all new menu items

• People Department Manager - making sure restaurant crew member hires are qualified, trained well, and schedules created to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Keep team members motivated and on task throughout shifts.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

• Positive team player with flexible availability.

• Works well with other Managers and restaurant crew.

• Passion to work in the fast paced McDonald’s environment
