You're in the right place - Pax Properties is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our ranks in our Ascend Apartments in Moore, OK.

As our APM, you'll be responsible for reporting to the Property Manager and helping them with their duties and any additional projects needing completion to keep our apartments up to Pax standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect property and help coordinate maintenance tickets/requests
• Assist in managing budgets, accounts, rent collection, and tenant notification
• Create, organize, and maintain resident records
• Develop marketing materials and plans to help attract new tenants
• Complete any projects as assigned by Property Manager

The main thing here is that we're looking for somebody to be our Property Manager when they're not around. So previous managerial experience is preferred though not required. If you're able to work unsupervised, a problem-solver, and good at working with a variety of people, we want to hear from you.

Please review the following base requirements for the position:

• Proven work experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills
• Must Have Apartment Experience
