Los Angeles Property Management Company seeks for immediate hire full time Assistant Property Manager for 176-unit apartment community in Laguna Niguel. This position reports to the Property Manager.
Must have at least 5 years experience working in an A+ building with at least 100 units or more. Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications. Applicants must speak and write English fluently and appear professional.
