What You’ll Get From Us:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Earn commission by assisting customers with their storage needs
- Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units (no cold calling!)
- Sell merchandise, such as moving and packaging supplies
- Ensure the property is customer-ready - making the property appearance safe and welcoming
- Manage, verify, and balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Great multitasker and ability to jump from task to task
- A willingness to work outside, clean units, and maintain grounds
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle/insurance required (with paid mileage!)
- Reliable transportation to, from, and during working hours
- Basic computer skills and the physical ability to do the job (traverse around the property, lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascent/descent, work atop, etc.)
