What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Earn commission by assisting customers with their storage needs
  • Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units (no cold calling!)
  • Sell merchandise, such as moving and packaging supplies
  • Ensure the property is customer-ready - making the property appearance safe and welcoming
  • Manage, verify, and balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great multitasker and ability to jump from task to task
  • A willingness to work outside, clean units, and maintain grounds
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle/insurance required (with paid mileage!)
  • Reliable transportation to, from, and during working hours
  • Basic computer skills and the physical ability to do the job (traverse around the property, lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascent/descent, work atop, etc.)
