Requirements:

- Broad oversight of the store with a focus on our outdoor living departments, including grills, furniture, coolers, pool and related departments.
- Make hiring and scheduling recommendations for maximum sales and productivity
- Supervise, coach and direct staff
- Maintain sales floor and product displays
- Maintain inventory stock levels
- Supervise all store operations including opening/closing, deliveries, and receiving
- Monitor customer checkout process with a focus on checkout line speed and number of customers waiting to be checked out.
