Entourage Yearbooks is one of the fastest growing yearbook companies in the country. We are looking to grow our staff to produce and provide the most advanced yearbook experience in the industry. We are currently looking to hire motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Team.

The Assistant Mechanical Technician is an entry level position that reports to the warehouse mechanic and is the first one called when a machine starts to malfunction. They are responsible for diagnosing the issue and making the corresponding repairs. They are also responsible for routine maintenance. They have to keep a meticulous service history in order to use this data to diagnose and address future issues. Training will be provided onsite; however, equipment maintenance experience, electric or mechanical repair background would be a plus!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain expertise on assigned equipment through assigned training
• Keep all production equipment operating at peak performance levels
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as needed
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to perform daily maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Assist production employees with issues and resolution

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of and interest in electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience maintaining equipment with previous experience in the digital printing industry a plus
• Ability to read and understand schematics and equipment diagrams preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical / critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
