ASSISTANT CONTROLLER:
The Matric Group, consisting of Matric Limited, Dynamic and Windurance, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller for their operations. The Matric Group is a family owned contract electronics business with a history of progressive growth.

The Assistant Controller will assist the Controller with general and cost accounting functions and the preparation of financial statements and reports.
The Assistant Controller will additionally:
- Be a team player and business partner.
- Embrace business improvements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Possess strong financial acumen with a "hands on" approach to digging into numbers and projects.
- Be "tech savvy" with strong knowledge of spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Be experienced in managing and developing an accounting team.
- Have understanding of the day-to-day functions of AP, AR and Accounting.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Commitment to strong values and integrity
- High level of proficiency in spreadsheets and ERP systems (SyteLine software a plus).
