Our fundamental purpose at Weed Man is to provide superior, professional lawn care services to our customers. The Area Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of their team of Lawn Care Specialists. The Assistant Branch Manager will work with the Branch Manager in preparing and organizing the completion of daily work and the management of the technical team.

The Assistant Manager must have excellent management skills including problem solving, communication, leadership, time management and team building. Every task contributes toward the overall goal of providing a great service, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Perform various related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company.

Qualifications:

• Recruit, train, lead, manage, assess performances ( accountability) Lawn Care Specialists to meet and exceed customer service, sales and production requirements for new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service interacting daily with customers in resolving turf-care problems and service challenges.
• Implement programs and training necessary to ensure that your team of Lawn Care Specialist are aligned with the goals of the company and department.
• Manage and enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as Health and Safety policies.
• Manage the execution of production routes for each workday for your team of Lawn Care Specialists.
• Assist heavily on new sales and train specialists on how to incorporate truck sales as part of their day.·
• Schedule, track and report daily production and calibration data.
• Manage chemical mixing teams to ensure efficient loading of tanks with the proper mix of chemicals.
• Ensure all technical equipment is in working order.
• Maintain company assets to ensure maximum serviceability, including the vehicle fleet and all production equipment.
• Quality Control responsibilities.

Salary: From $42,000 to $47,000 a year.
