The Tax Stop USA is looking for Appointment Setters to join our Tampa team!

Job Responsibilities:
Outbound/inbound calls in a call center environment
Confirm appointments / reschedule missed appointments
Log customer information
Drive traffic to our office
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required
Must be dependable and punctual
Strong computer and Internet skills
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Saturdays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
