Applied Cryptography Engineer

Nasdaq's Crypto Team is seeking an Applied Cryptography Engineer to work on our new digital assets custody solution to bring institutional grade security, scalability, and compliance to the exciting cryptocurrency domain. You will be a founding member of the team and have a chance to shape our architecture, tech stack, and engineering culture. You will also gain first-hand experience building for Web3 and help realize our multi-year digital assets and decentralized finance (DeFi) strategy. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, biased for action, and comfortable juggling multiple roles. What You Will Do

• Support and optimize our multi-party computation (MPC) protocol implementation
• Support and optimize our threshold signing implementation
• Build and optimize our crypto wallet application

  • Familiar with Go
  • Familiar with elliptic-curve cryptography (ECC)
  • Familiar with Threshold Signature Schemes (TSS)
  • Familiar with Multi-party Computation (MPC)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with building crypto wallet application for Bitcoin and/or Ethereum
• Familiar with Elliptic Curve Signatures (ECDSA) and Secp256k1
• Familiar with generating zero-knowledge proofs
• Familiar with iOS Secure Enclave
• Familiar with AWS KMS and CloudHSM
