Application Support Technician Job at Intuitive.Cloud
The Application Technical Operation Center Technician will be responsible for providing support to application operations and development functions, including troubleshooting and providing solutions to application performance issues. It involves providing the highest degree of application technical support, analyzing and resolving issues to prevent service disruptions. The TOC Application Technician participates in 24 by 7 rotating shift coverage and on-call support may be required. Responsible for monitoring network events, initiating incidents, carrying out high level triage, and managing notification for escalations 24/7.
Responsibilities:
· Real-time monitoring of application alerts and initiating standard operating procedures to resolve the problem.
· Create emergency restoral procedures.
· Review and update standard operating procedures (SOP).
· Contributes to the investigation and resolution of application events by collecting logs and correlating timeline of triggered events.
· Actively participates and contributes to the incident response conference bridge during severity calls.
· Escalate unresolved problems to engineering staff in application support departments with supporting evidence.
· Uses application performance monitoring software and other tools to proactively review performance statistics.
· Assess and correlate application events to ensure SLAs are met.
· Participate in planned change reviews to ensure application monitoring is appropriately aligned pre and post change execution.
· Adhere to Service Management incident and change policies and procedures.
· Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting and other maintenance coordination activities as necessary.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
