Application Support Specialist Job at Radcube LLC
Netwitness services Application platform maintenance and upgrades.
Working on Break-fixes, issues and tickets for application support Monitoring services and application usage, licensing and physical appliance health Working with vendor support on escalated issues and/or cases that require vendor assistance. Assisting team with deployment of new appliances and hardware changes to the appliances. Create, maintain and update documentation and knowledge articles for operational support and project activities Provide support for infrastructure changes within client data centres and product shipment from vendor in case of failed hardware. Performing BCP and Disaster recovery for software and hardware recovery. Providing service improvements and enhancements to client for in-scope activities. Working with other teams to coordinate and support operations related or required with platform or application tasks. Providing inputs on license and capacity and working with client and vendor to plan capacity changes. Assisting in creating and maintaining the client's CAPAs and ensuring completing as per compliance Consultation with client for change management and configuration updates. Adhoc reporting and consultancy provided to end-users for supported use-cases Working with other client's/third-party provided tools and applications to support and assist delivery and operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
