Appleton Wi Store Manager Job at Gnome Games
Gnome Games LLC, headquartered in Green Bay, WI is looking for a FULL TIME store manager to join our leadership team.
The location of this leadership position is in Appleton Wisconsin at Gnome Games Appleton East, W3169 Van Roy Road, Suite 14, Appleton WI 54915. The store is conveniently located off of East College Ave., near Lowes and Festival Foods and on the bus line. This store has huge potential to be our #1 store with the right leadership!
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, creative and hard-working. Leading a team of 2 full time and 4-6 part time staff, the store manager will lead by example and will be available seven days a week to mentor staff, answer questions and work retail.
Wage and benefits are negotiable based upon experience and drive. Growth potential is strong with this growing chain of retail stores located throughout Wisconsin.
Responsibilities

*Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
Qualifications

*Proven experience as a store leader or keyholder *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Knowledge (not required but preferred)

*Pop Culture trends and topics such as collectible card games, anime, role playing, tabletop games *Social Media management, Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $17.00/hour.
