We have an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician at Pioneer Towers, a 198-unit senior housing on 5th & P in Sacramento, CA.

Description & Specification:

• The maintenance staff is responsible for performing daily maintenance and janitorial tasks inside of the building in the common areas and also performing maintenance on the exterior of the building including grounds. Must have basic plumbing and electrical repair skills.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Complete work orders for repairs in apartments in a timely fashion coinciding with the work requested.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the building on a daily basis, checking for repairs and cleaning needs.
• Make minor repairs when feasible on major appliances.
• Plumbing and Electrical Repairs.
• Have vacants unit painted and cleaned, including the carpet. All vacant units must be ready to rent three days after a resident has moved out.
• On Call: When on call the employee will be able to respond to property within a 30-minute time frame.
